Mobile work platforms are designed to allow portability, while also remaining very secure to the floor or work surface where they’re positioned. To move these portable access ladders, one must tip them back onto their rear fixed wheels. When not tipped back, the ladder is held firm with two front fixed rubber tipped legs.
